Upcoming Parades with the Active Band

The Active Band will be marching in the Worthington Memorial Day parade, and the Upper Arlington 4th of July parade. Please see the Active Band Schedule page for additional information, and let us know if you are able to participate.

Ohio TBDBITL License Plates Update - May 2012

The Ohio BMV has finished the "sample" TBDBITL license plate and will be sending that to OSU in mid-May. The plate will then be available at oplates.com and at your local Deputy Registrar 60-90 days following approval, which should be around September 1! Click here for additional information.

"Historical" TBDBITLetters available in Members Area

TBDBITLetters dating back to 1980 are now available in the Members Area of the site are now available. During a "routine" basement clean-up exercise, Ed Franks discovered many older editions of the club newsletter, which he was able to scan and upload to the website. Email webmaster@tbdbitl.com if you do not have the ID and password to the Members Area.

Reunion 2012 Date Set

Our 44th Annual Reunion will be held on September 22, 2012, at the OSU vs. UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham) game.

The Dr. Jon R. Woods TBDBITL Marching Band Director's Fund

The TBDBITL Alumni Club has committed $50,000 to start The Dr. Jon R. Woods TBDBITL Marching Band Director's Fund. This fund will be available for OSU Marching Band directors to use at their discretion to continue the Tradition of Excellence of the OSUMB. The fund number has been established as #482212, and anyone who wishes to make a donation to honor the accomplishments/contributions of Dr. Woods should contribute to this specific fund. 75th Anniversary Script Ohio Panoramic Photo

"Celebrating 75 Years" panoramic photograph available in unframed, framed, or deluxe framed editions and you may choose the exclusive signed editions by Dr. Jon Woods and/or Dr. Paul Droste, and/or Jon Waters. The photograph was taken of the Inaugural performance of the OSUMB with alumni in four full size Script Ohio formations on 9/3/11. Proceeds from the sale to benefit the TBDBITL Scholarship Fund.
